Description
What it is
The Inbound surface is the firm-facing inbox for tender/grant applications a firm receives. When an applicant (a developer, a sponsor, or a company seeking financing or advisory) submits a business plan or application, it lands here as a Project. The firm reviews each, sees an AI-computed fit score against its own profile, and makes a Go / No-go decision: Accept promotes the project into a full Workspace; Decline records a structured rejection. This is the receiving (demand-side) counterpart to outbound discovery.
Three sub-views:
- Inbound: the firm's review queue, a filterable two-column card grid with match scores, evidence highlights, accept/decline actions and portal-link sharing. The primary active surface.
- Applicant submissions view: the applicant's view of their own submissions (Total / Validated / Denied / Best Match stats + a project list), reached by its own login role.
- Public intake portal: where applicants upload documents / fill the form (see the public-portal module).
What it helps users do
For the firm: triage inbound deal-flow fast (headline match-score pill, NEW badge for <24h arrivals, extracted summary fields); decide with evidence (per-criterion breakdown - Geographic, Budget, Sector, Timeline, Business Plan - plus capability-to-requirement Match Evidence snippets); act in one click (Accept spins a workspace and notifies the applicant; Decline records a structured No-go); capture more applications (copy the firm's permanent portal link); filter/sort/search; and export to Excel or ZIP for committee packs.
For the applicant: see Validated vs Denied vs In Progress at a glance, their best match score, and each submission's status.
